Terms and Conditions of Service

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before subscribing to or using the services provided by Xtreme HD IPTV ("Service", "we", "us", "our"). By activating an IPTV subscription, accessing our M3U playlists, or connecting via Xtream Codes API, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Subscription & Single-Stream Licensing

Each standard subscription purchased through Xtreme HD IPTV provides a non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use on one (1) active concurrent device unless a multi-room connection bundle has been explicitly purchased. Sharing your account credentials or connecting multiple devices simultaneously on a single-connection plan may result in automated temporary stream termination.

2. Service Availability & Anti-Freeze CDN

While our cloud edge infrastructure targets a 99.98% uptime SLA, internet protocol television is dependent on public internet transit networks, international exchange routing, and local Internet Service Provider bandwidth. Occasional scheduled maintenance, channel source updates, and transcode optimizations may take place. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of individual third-party broadcasts outside our direct server control.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Subscribers agree not to:

  • Re-stream, rebroadcast, redistribute, or resell stream outputs without an authorized enterprise reseller panel agreement.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer server addresses, exploit network vulnerabilities, or initiate denial-of-service traffic.
  • Use automated bots or scrapers to extract electronic program guide metadata or VOD content links.

4. Account Expiration & Renewal

Subscriptions run for the exact duration chosen at checkout (1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, or 12 Months). We do not store financial credentials for automated recurring billing. Renewals must be authorized and processed manually prior to expiration.
